Abaco Rosè is a rosè wine made from 100% Pinot Nero grapes harvested in the estate’s vineyards.
Produced in steel vats, is ideal with appetizer and all fish courses.
Ideal serving temperature: 13 °C.

Vinification: soft press of whole bunches after destemming and static decanting of must
Fermentation: 10 days at 16-18°C in vats after inoculum of selected yeasts
Alcohol content: 13,5%
Colour: deep pink with hints of strawberry color
Bouquet: fresh and aromatic with scents of blackcurrants and wild rose
Flavour: intense and fresh, confirming the olfactory impressions
Bottle: traditional Burgundy, 75 cl.
