A wine made exclusively from Barbera grapes harvested in the vineyards of Villa Fiorita.
It is the result of meticulous thinning of the bunches before harvesting and of thorough selection of the grapes and careful vinification in the cellar.
Serve at room temperature with mature cheeses, roast meats and game.

Vinification: 12 days with regular pumping over, malo-lactic fermentation in steel
Ageing: 12 months in new barriques, followed by 12 months of bottle ageing
Alcohol content: 14%
Colour: ruby red with garnet highlights, clear
Bouquet: intense and persistent with scents of vanilla, cocoa, liquorice and brushwood
Flavour: very intense and persistent, and exceptionally aromatic
